In these harsh economic times it's important to support your local businesses. That's why on Sunday mornings I go to Connie's Donuts on Pacific Ave, in Tacoma. Don't trust Google map or the rest, but call and get their new address. Connie moved out of a tiny space in a ancient strip mall that had a parking lot with more craters than the moon, to her one building with very easy parking. My favorites are the chocolate eclairs and the chocolate covered old fashions. But, sometimes I just can't resist them rainbow jimmies.
