My wife was the inspiration behind this strip. I was driving down the highway and she was asking me, "Why? why? why?" And this strip popped into my head. She thought it was funny, which is a good sign that you might enjoy it too.
You can keep asking why and keep giving answers, but it all eventually leads back to the heat-death of the universe.
