A stick figure comic makes it pretty clear that actual harm, both physical and financial, has been done, so it ought to be pretty clear to a high court that the lady has a valid case. Sure the cause of the injury is perhaps amusing, but the results are not.
If you left out the "I can't do my job anymore because of the injury." and left it at "My bowling average is way down so I'm suing." then it would be amusing, but not honest.
