Now that I've made fun of the census, I'm off to the comic book convention. I'm sure I will come home loaded with plenty of new ideas to use in the Stickman strip. I did a comic book convention series once before. You can check it out here.

The Comic Critic Reviews The Invention of Lying

The Invention of Lying may not be the best film ever made, but it is a damn good film. The writing is exceptional. Just try to think of dialog that is one hundred percent honest, dialog without any exaggerations or embellishments. Raw honesty, in all of its spoken forms, is horrendously funny, intolerably cruel, and full of truth. It makes for a very heartwarming romantic comedy of a different stripe.

Several phone and social networking sites have features that allow for automatic back-ups of text, video, and photos. So it's no surprise that folks are finding more evident to put in the hands of the police. I've heard of cases in which the police did nothing and other cases in which the police were more than happy to follow up.
