The Comic Critic reviews "Dead Snow"

I was really hoping to see Dead Snow in a movie theater last year, but there aren’t many theaters out there that carry Norwegian films. And those that do might just turn up their noses at one that’s filled with Nazi Zombies. You might think that there are lots of Nazi Zombie movies out there, but they are truly few and far between. I think I can count them all on one or two severed hands. Thankfully, it is now on DVD. I wonder if the commentary also has subtitles?

The Return of Stickman #1128

I know I promised a different strip for today. But I'm going to use that strip on Monday. For some reason I thought this work week had six instead of five days. Oops.

The Return of Stickman #1126

I've been a fan of Sandra Bullock for a long time. This in spite of that terrible sequel "Miss Congeniality 2: Armed & Fabulous". I've also been a fan of Jesse James ever since "Monster Trucks" aired on television. But I shook my head in disbelief when I found out the two of them got married. And now this. Oh lord, it's Burt and Loni all over again.

The Return of Stickman #1125

Yesterday I made a terrible mistake when scanning in the artwork submitted by Mark Carrasco. I accidentally repeated panels three and four as panels one and two. So if you didn't get the joke it's because I messed up the setup. I have since corrected the scan and you can see the full strip as it was meant to be seen by clicking on the arrow and visiting yesterdays NEW strip. It all goes to show that sometimes behind a simple strip is a overly simple person.

Oh, and yesterday's comment that the public school system provides entertainment was meant for this strip, not yesterday's. In short, yesterday was not my best day and I flubbed up several times.

The Return of Stickman #1123

John Markuson is my copy editor. I drive his insane. Often I will post comics that I think are perfect transcripts of the scripts I sent him. Yesterday, and this has been corrected, he asked how a geek like me could possibly miss-spell Leonard Nimoy?

The Return of Stickman #1122

This guy usually shows up and remains planted in front of you just as largest crowd of potential buyers come through. I thought about drawing a crowd behind him, but I'm already late getting out the door to see the dentist.
